Loved Patrick and Connie's down to earth and genuine friendliness, professionalism and support
We just bought our dream apartment in Botany through Patrick (and Connie!). Having rented in Botany for 3+ years, we've come across Patrick several times before, having seen him manage the sale of several places in the complex where we live. He was always nice and friendly, leaving a great impression, and he lived up to it as we got to interact him and Connie more when we embarked on our purchasing journey.
Patrick kept his promise to keep us in the loop of any developments with the sale, was more than happy to answer questions we had about the property, the offer process and about every step of the way leading up to exchanging contracts. He made a stressful process feel a lot better and we really appreciated that, and felt like he actually cared about us too. I'm sure he was excellent with the vendor.
Connie was also fantastic, sending me regular updates by text and being super responsive up until we exchanged contracts at 10 pm!!!! Both sent us happy cheers and congratulated us once the exchange had taken place.
SO, in summary, we just had a really fantastic experience dealing with Patrick and Connie, and would use him in a heartbeat if we sell anything in the future! Thanks so much Patrick and Connie!!!!
