Totally professional, knowledgeable and honest....
Working with Patrick to sell our townhouse was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of the market is extensive. He is totally professional and when things got a little tense at auction he remained calm and considerate. We didn't sell at auction but we went on to sell for a great price. A life saver for an anxious seller
Process driven, highly responsive and very knowledgeable agent. George was first and foremost the right agent for the sale of our home
George has been very professional in all areas of the sale of our property. His knowledge of the Maroubra area was thorough and precise. From day 1 when we first met George he never wavered in his approach to exceeding our expectations of the sale of our home. During these difficult times with restrictions he always had a plan B to take people through with private viewings and even though there was obstacles with restrictions we had large amounts of groups coming through the property with strong interest before auction. However with advice from George we had decided to proceed to auction. The property achieved a record price for our much loved home. George always had our best interests at heart met. We can honestly recommend George for the sale of any home in the Maroubra area.

Short and Sweet Experience

An absolute pleasure to deal with
Simon was a pleasure to deal with and made purchasing our first home and smooth and straightforward process, especially being at the beginning of a lockdown. Simons approachable nature and honesty were appreciated, giving us the confidence to make an offer and ultimately secure the property. He helped guide us through the process and clearly explained the terms of the contract and the title change that was currently underway. After exchanging contracts Simon made time for us to bring our close family through the property after hours which was greatly appreciated. He values and cares for both the vendor and purchaser, giving accurate figures from the first open as to the sale price. Negotiations were stress free and both parties would have been happy with the outcome. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Simon to family or friends who are looking to buy or sell, fantastic real estate agent!
