I had been in contact with Jon at his previous agency for some time before I was ready to sell. He has always been happy to have a conversation, provide guidance and communicate the current state of the market both through our conversations and his EDM communications. Jon moved to McGrath just as we were kicking off our campaign, and the transition was seamless. Throughout the campaign in an admittedly challenging market both Jon and his associate Henry were readily available, and provided regular updates on the progress of the campaign. The whole process was handled professionally and the auction ran smoothly (despite only getting one bidder in the end!).
