From the first conversation to discuss selling my unit, I knew Jon was the right agent for me. Having never sold a property before I was nervous to go through the experience, but Jon was always there to assist with any questions I had. The communication throughout was perfect, realistic expectations set and good advice on how to best prepare my unit for sale. I had been in contact with Jon at his previous agency for some time before I was ready to sell. He has always been happy to have a conversation, provide guidance and communicate the current state of the market both through our conversations and his EDM communications. Jon moved to McGrath just as we were kicking off our campaign, and the transition was seamless. Throughout the campaign in an admittedly challenging market both Jon and his associate Henry were readily available, and provided regular updates on the progress of the campaign. The whole process was handled professionally and the auction ran smoothly (despite only getting one bidder in the end!). All up I was happy with the service and would be happy to engage Jon again in the future.
