We were very happy with Georgia’s efforts in selling our High Street apartment for a great price in less than 2 weeks. Georgia is a hard worker, a great communicator and she guided us through the sale in a stress free manor. She found the stand out buyer that loved the property and negotiated a great outcome for us. Thank you Georgia, we could not be happier.

Georgia was very accommodating about our regular requests to see the property outside viewing hours.

Georgia was by far the best experience I’ve had with a selling agent as a purchaser of property. She was extremely responsive, reliable and highly informed about the property I was considering. It gave me the confidence I needed to buy. Her responsiveness and assistance only continued after I made the purchase, which made for a low stress and smooth settlement. I would seek Georgia out for any future sale of a property on my behalf. High professionalism leads to good sales.

Jesse is simply the best agent on the Lower north shore. We have sold multiple properties with Jesse and every time he succeeds our expectations. He is the hardest working person in the industry and his level of service and expertise is best in class. I would recommend Jesse unquestionably and have no doubt he will surpass your expectations.

We have built a trusted relationship with Piers over several years in our search to buy our next home and so knew he was the right person to run our campaign when it was time to sell. Piers’ integrity and professionalism is of the highest standard. Running a condensed 2 week campaign during covid lockdown was no easy task, with only one-on-one inspections permitted and the threat of further restrictions and bad news looming. The DiJones team pulled off an amazing feat listing our house quickly and efficiently, and all the team members were impressive, from marketing bookings through to the online auction. Piers worked tirelessly with potential buyers to steer them through the uncertain period and bring them to auction for an excellent result. Despite our especially hectic schedule of inspections and callbacks, Piers always took time to update us on all developments and provide feedback. His dedication working right through weekends for inspections to ensure we received maximum buyer exposure was exemplary. Highly recommended.

We met Donovan as the buyer of our home and instantly had a great interaction with him, so when we came to sell, he was first to be contacted. Through the whole process, Donovan was clear with the process, different options for selling and was very matter of fact on likely selling price and number of real buyers interested in our home. Our sale was quick, straight forward and without any issues. We cannot recommend Donovan more highly and the team at Di Jones Neutral Bay.

Pier's vast experience in the lower north shore , his extensive network and his easygoing personality made him a great partner in selling my property through a COVID lockdown. The strong support of Georgia gave great depth, further experience and flexibility to the campaign particularly where large numbers of one on one inspections were required. Phoebe's marketing assistance also added to the strength of the team. The Pier's van Hamburg team - an exceptional team and a trusted property partner achieving great results.
