When we first met Donovan some years ago he demonstrated good market knowledge, and importantly had a clear plan and process as to how we would achieve the desired results. From inspection, to offer negotiation and acceptance, Donovan was responsive in his communications (particularly to both mine and my lawyer’s questions) and reasonable in his expectations. He made the process easy to navigate and was adaptive to the changing market conditions, given the uncertainty with the pandemic crisis. Hopefully settlement and the handover process is just as efficient and simple to navigate!
