We were selling an investment property we have held in Cremorne for 20+ years. Di Jones has been managing the property for the last few years, and Jesse was the recommended selling agent. We live overseas, but Jesse made it his business to introduce himself to us, and to pass on his knowledge, experience and recommendations for marketing price guide etc. When we started to receive pre-auction offers, Jesse was very prompt in passing these on to us, but was never pushing for an early acceptance just to get the sale. As it turned out, we accepted an offer less than 2 weeks after going to market, at 6% higher than the top of the price guide. Very professional, very knowldgebale, very personable. Highly recommended.
