Donovan and his team were very helpful at all times. We saw the property in 2 open house and one arranged private inspection. Donovan was very helpful and efficient in answering questions. He was happy to immediately contact the vendor with any question he could not answer. There were potential issues with making the auction on time, again Donovan was very accommodating. Overall Donovan was thoroughly professional and helpful making the process of inspecting the property much easier for us.
