It was a particularly slow period given the COVID-19 restrictions as real estate sales almost ground a to a halt. Georgia and Piers had to work very hard to get people through the property by appointment only for almost 8 weeks as open houses were not allowed. Georgia was great to work with, she put a COVID sign together to let people know the rules and was always willing to undertake suggestions from us with respect to people moving through the property. Georgia was always punctual, willing to lock up afterwards and very open with us in sharing the comments made by the prospective buyers. Georgia was always willing to answer any questions we had in regard to the process around the sale of the house and the agents next steps or tactics they would be undertaking with buyers. We liked the openesses between ourselves as vendors and Georgia and Piers as agents. Would I recommend Georgia as an agent - yes I would!
