The first time we dealt with Donovan was to buy the property. It was a great experience so we chose Donovan to act as agent to sell the property. He was professional throughout the process and was always available which was important given our very big time difference (We live in Portugal). He took care of all arrangements with service providers to prepare the property for sale and auction including cleaning, carpeting, painting, styling et cetera.
