This was the second property I sold through Donovan this year. I found Donovan very good in communicating what was needed to be done to optimize the properties, and what the prospects of sale and the likely prices were. He reported promptly on the inspections and gave feedback on possible buyers. I had the impression that he was very professional and worked hard at getting the best possible, but realistic, price. I would certainly use him as my agent again.
