Donovan gave an excellent presentation when interviewing an agent to sell my unit, explaing the process clearly. Kept contact with me, giving updates. Able to respond quickly. Able to come up with alternative solution to getting the required information from the local council. Compared to other Real Estate Agents I interviewed, Donovan was able to suggest simple things to improve the look of my unit before the first inspection, rather than a costly and inconvenient hiring of furniture and styling.. Able to finalise the contract quickly.
