Donovan worked so hard to sell my unit and get my price. The standard of advertising was very high. He made it so easy for me to move on. Such a difficult event for most people.

Feedback post sale
I first met Piers when I purchased a property through him and I was so impressed that I decided to use him for the sale of my house. His long experience in the market showed through from the start and he was encouraging but realistic throughout. Particularly useful was his calming influence when there was widespread talk about a market downturn. He showed good judgement in relation to which viewers were serious buyers and closed the deal with both sides feeling happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, based on my experience as a buyer and a seller.

Performance
Donovan performed creditably and calmly despite a disappointing response to the 'open homes', low buyer interest and last minute withdrawal of an interested party. He achieved a satisfactory sale with the only remaining interested party before the auction was due. Happy therefore to continue referrals to him with confidence.

Absolute Praise
I have dealt with Piers in selling my last two homes and have always felt comfortable in his knowledge and experience in our area. You are simply the best!
I never had any doubt as to the agent I would choose to sell our apartment. A great local agent
Our experience with Piers was very good - he was easy to deal with and honest about some issues with the property, as well as helpful in assisting with the resolution of these. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the area, and he and his team (particularly Jacqui) were very responsive and proactive in their communication with us. Efficient, hard working and pleasant
We are very pleased we chose to go with Donavan and have had a very good result. He heads a very efficient team and within 6 days of our tenant leaving he had our unit painted, carpeted, detailed, photographed and listed!! Wynne Austin

We would definitely recommend
