Donovan is clearly an excellent communicator. I found him energetic and optimistic and to say the least nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Donovan provided suggestions on how to improve the property for it to present well at auction. We followed his suggestions and so, achieved a great result. We were kept aware of the interest level, being provided with weekly progress reports. These included mention of the number of groups that visited the property as well as summaries of the responses to call backs. In addition, the advertising and web presentation encouraged many, many prospective buyers to visit our property, resulting in lots of bidders on auction day.
