I never had any doubt as to the agent I would choose to sell our apartment. Over a period of years Piers has kept in constant contact with us with information of the market trends and sales results in our area. We had no reason to call in any others agents as we had complete confidence in Piers to achieve the best result possible. A very special thank you to Piers, Cameron and all the team at McGrath Neutral Bay! We were thrilled with the final result. I would have no hesitation in recommending McGrath Neutral Bay to anyone. A special mention to Cameron ... may you have a long and successful career in Real Estate ... you have the perfect role model to follow.

Our experience with Piers was very good - he was easy to deal with and honest about some issues with the property, as well as helpful in assisting with the resolution of these. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the area, and he and his team (particularly Jacqui) were very responsive and proactive in their communication with us. We're very happy with our new home thanks to the McGrath team!

We are very pleased we chose to go with Donavan and have had a very good result. He heads a very efficient team and within 6 days of our tenant leaving he had our unit painted, carpeted, detailed, photographed and listed!! Wynne Austin

Donovan was excellent to deal with over a series of months of trying to purchase in a hot market. We felt compared to other agents he gave honest and accurate feedback on price points. We will definitely be looking to deal with Donovan again in the future.

Piers van Hamburg and Jacqui Wansey recently sold our apartment. They have in depth local market knowledge, are highly personable and gave us excellent advice about preparing the property for sale. We are thrilled with the price they achieved for our property pre auction (in fact the apartment was only on the market for a week). Piers and the team went out of their way to make things as easy for us as possible - we particularly appreciated this as we have a young baby. We have no hesitation in recommending Piers and his team.

In the recent purchase of our house, we found Piers and his team to be highly competent agents who kept us informed of key information throughout the whole sale/purchase process. Piers has very strong market knowledge, which together with his approachable manner made the purchase process that much easier and more efficient.

Piers together with his team were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was exemplary; we were always kept up to date at every step of the way. Expert knowledge about the areas he works in and the overall market gave us piece of mind during the process. This was the second time we had worked with Piers and we are now embarking on a 3rd. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to any potential Vendors or Purchasers. Best regards Linda
