Not only did Donovan conduct himself in the highest professional manner, his approach to customer service was exceptional. Coupling strong market intelligence & business acumen, Donovan delivered an excellent campaign & went above & beyond by assisting with a rental application post settlement. I highly recommend Donovan & no doubt, I'll be using his services again in the future.

I'd driven around the Northshore for years seeing Piers' name on signboard after signboard. When it came to selecting an agent for the sale of our property, it was an easy decision.

It was so refreshing dealing with Piers when buying our latest home. Piers is experienced, professional and efficient with excellent market knowledge. This means he manages sales through the setting of realistic expectations with buyers, not just focused on selling a property to record another sale. This recent buying experience has been our best. I would definitely buy from Piers again as well as ask him to sell our home when the time comes.

Professional management of the sale process. Care. Connection. Commitment. Excellent result.

We found our dealings with Donovan "painless". He was always readily available and this enabled a smooth, efficient, successful transaction to take place. Donovan was extremely professional and compassionate towards both parties which made all dealings "comfortable" and "uncomplicated". We felt we were in very "good hands" and that Donovan was good at his job because he is enjoying his chosen career.

Piers was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the purchase of 4/44 Harriette Street. Once the property was identified for my clients, it was a smooth transaction from start to finish with Piers and his team handling every aspect with the utmost professionalism. I couldn't recommend Piers and his team more highly and look forward to purchasing more property from them in the future.

Piers and the team were extremely professional during the engagement and I ended up with a great result and a very quick sale. The team were also great with my tenants during the process and treated them very respectfully which I really appreciated.

We have known Donovan for some years and have bought and sold through him on several occasions. The best recommendation we can give is that we would not hesitate to engage him again if required.

Donovan was recommended to us by a friend who had used him to sell their property. They advised that he was an excellent agent who was honest hard working and in their experience met all the criteria one would seek in an agent entrusted with the selling of ones home. They also achieved an excellent sale result. We were not disappointed in fact the professionalism both he and his team brought to the exercise was exemplary and achieved a very satisfactory result in the sale of our somewhat difficult but much loved townhouse. We would strongly recommend he and his team to any person looking to sell their home and hope to remain in contact with him in future when we decide to purchase our next home Ian and Sandra Rutter
