The folks at Marq have been both friendly and swift, and very obviously step in to help one another when needed. I inspected my new rental on a Saturday and had an offer by end of Monday. The day I moved to my new property was also the day I collected my keys, and there was some miscommunication about where the keys were located. Rather than have me wait around the team had them personally delivered to my address well in time for the move. All maintenance issues have also all been swiftly processed and approved. Very stress-free experience all-around, every interaction has been stellar.
