We recently got approved for a rental property through Mcgrath and the experience was seamless and easy flowing. The agent we dealt with was Nina and we met her over several properties and she represented the company in a professional manner. Over the many properties we had lots of questions and was always reachable by phone or text. From the three weekends of viewings we met some rude agents, some that never answered or returned calls and some that just didn't seem interested. Fingers crossed the rest of the team follow through on a similar level and we are sure to enjoy the experience with Mcgrath

As someone not being to Canberra for long, McGrath is one of the best experience I have had in my quest to look for a place to rent. The estate agent on site was very lovely and welcoming. She was full of smiles and gave all the information I needed to know on the properties. Being approved for one of the properties was awesome and am happy to be renting from McGrath. I've been renting my property through Mc Grath for the past 7 years and Emma has been wonderful to deal with since taking over as property manager in the past 12 months. She's professional, responsive, and efficeintly arranges quotes for any required repairs. My tenant recently advised she would be moving out and within days Nina had listed the property for rent, receieved multiple applications and made a recommendation for a new tenant who offered to pay more than expected to secure the lease.
