The Service has degraded over the past 12 months. The following errors have occurred: Bills are paid late, rental appraisals are always below market, adds submitted 2 weeks late, spelling mistakes and wrong photos in adds. Staff are friendly however Service has been poor. I am considering moving my properties to another rental manager.

I would like McGraths to spell my name correctly (FRANCES) I am still waiting for the forms that have the correct address of my property at 9/24 Railway Street, Oaks Estate (NOT 9/7 Railway Street). Every communication has the WRONG address despite my frequent requests to have it changed.

I was down in holiday from Brisbane and viewed 3 properties with McGrath north Canberra and applied for all 3. I applied on the Sunday evening and Monday was a public holiday however my application was assessed and approved by midday on the Tuesday.

The only tiny improvement is before the lease due, it would be good to remind the owner so as to calculate the timing better for rent adjustment; and before placing an advertisement, it would be better to give us a quote and advise which media to use. We only know the details of the marketing strategy after it was done. But overall, everything is good re the cleaning, fixing and repairing; and liaise with the tenants.
