Awesome costumer service
Annaleise was absolutely amazing throughout our experience with McGrath! She was super helpful and always got back to us within hours of our questions! She made our hunt for a house the most enjoyable it could have been, with always being so nice and respectful of our inexperience in this field!! Highly recommend using her in the future if needed! 10/10 :)

Amazing Response Time and Great Service
As a prospective tenant I was amazed at the speedy work of Annaliese Doyle in responding to inquiries and processing my application. Having moved around Australia and rented from a lot of different agents, this was BY FAR, the best experience I have ever had in renting a place. In all honesty, I was choosing between two different places and Annaliese was one of the reasons I chose the place I am now in. After moving in, I needed a few things clarified from the property manager, Alex Piatrova. Her work was also incredible as she responded to requests quickly and completely. For the first time as a renter, I feel I am working with an agency that values me as a tenant.
