We had a fabulous experience with Michael until deal was done. Oven and Dishwasher weren't working at all. They turned on and that's it. I asked Michael and he didn't take any responsibility. After numerous emails and phone calls got $250 reimbursed for $1650 expenses. Furthermore, someone supposed to call and bring food for us during moving time. Never happened. Not a big deal but don't say that if there is no such thing. In conclusion, It would have been good experience if there weren't any issues but isn't the reason we have an agent for?

I have known Anthony for approximately ten years. Barry Plant managed my house at Oldis Avenue when I leased it out through 2007-2010. Anthony has always been a friendly and approachable person in the street and understands Northcote. Anthony was generous with his advice on what needed to be done to the house to get it ready for sale as well as providing recommendations and contacts with various trades through the period where the house was being prepared for sale. Anthony also assisted us with securing a rental property to enable us to move out of the property and get it ready for sale - a crucial factor for us. Throughout the entire process of the house being shown, to the day of the sale, Anthony was regularly communicating updates of people coming through and interested parties. On the day of the sale, Anthony and his colleagues were terrific. They were in control but also sensitive to the nervousness and uncertainty that goes with selling your house.
