I have known Anthony for approximately ten years. Barry Plant managed my house at Oldis Avenue when I leased it out through 2007-2010. Anthony has always been a friendly and approachable person in the street and understands Northcote. Anthony was generous with his advice on what needed to be done to the house to get it ready for sale as well as providing recommendations and contacts with various trades through the period where the house was being prepared for sale. Anthony also assisted us with securing a rental property to enable us to move out of the property and get it ready for sale - a crucial factor for us. Throughout the entire process of the house being shown, to the day of the sale, Anthony was regularly communicating updates of people coming through and interested parties. Michael has a good knowledge of what attracted buyer. His advice to get the apartment painted white and decorated the place to get the sale quicker.
