Complete satisfaction is what my sister and I feel having recently auctioned our jointly held property with Michael. Prior to signing an Authority I spoke to Michael on numerous occasions and he was always willing to take the time to discuss the possible sale of our property with helpful and prompt advice. Weeks later we decided to go with Michael based on what we felt was a genuine desire to help us achieve the best possible price. And the best possible price was achieved at auction with the property being sold for $116,000 above the price from when the property was put on the market. Needless to say Michael conducted the auction. It takes a bit to impress my 2 adult sons who had nothing but praise for him following the auction. Our respective families are so thankful and appreciative of his efforts prior, during and post the auction keeping us well informed all the way through and particularly impressive was the calm way he handled all of our queries. A follow up call from Michael on the Monday to share in our immense pleasure, was a nice end to the process. Michael handled the sale of my property with total professionalism and great communication from start to finish. He was able to negotiate me a very satisfactory price at auction, and he never made me feel like I should consider lowering my expectations at any point despite pessimistic indications from potential buyers.
