We can not recommend Ruma and her team highly enough. We were thinking of selling our home later, to allow time to get it ready. Ruma called in at the right time, advised what needed to be done and how to achieve that. She knows the market and her database. Selling a house in 2019 was crazy. But we were headed overseas and we had at least to try and sell. We met a number of agents but it was Ruma who stood out. She was calm and confident and knew her stuff. She helped us navigate a very tricky market with her infectious sense of humour.
