What a great team !

He show up on time and always return calls that is important during the entire selling process.
John has a good working knowledge of the Seven Hills area where my home is. He start by provided me with a detail analysis of the area with prices sold for our reference and that has enabled us to set a realistic price range which result in a quick sale at a fair to satisfactory price. He communicated well in all aspects during the entire selling process and has kept us updated of each matter related to the sale. Overall it is a good experience with John as our agent and I recommend him to other potential vendors.

Exceptional
We've been extremely impressed with Stephen throughout the process. By far the best agent we've dealt with in Sydney. From the first phone call I had, through the offer process to the follow ups post-exchange he's been great. Extensive local knowlegde and experience, a quick appreciation of our goals and situation and always providing straight, honest assessments which was refreshing. He tells it like it is. Friendly, courteous and always available to take our calls; Stephen went above and beyond to accomodate property viewings at times which suited us and acted with complete integrity at all times. Whether you're buyng or selling we couldn't recommend Stephen highly enough.

Agent with a difference
Many agents sprout that they always have your best interests but it simply isn't the case. Stephen however is exactly what he says. An agent that is honest and will keep you focused throughout the selling process. The recent sale of our property wasn't easy, we had bought at the peak of the market and started to try and sell as the market was declining. It took us 7 mths, but Stephen was there through it all, keeping us focused on the end goal, ensuring our expectations were kept in line with what was happening in the market. We had an offer at about the 4mth mark that fell through in the cooling off period but Stephen's perseverance actually resulted in us getting a better price than the deal that fell through. If you are looking for an agent that really does have your best interests at heart and can close the deal no matter how bad the market then look no further.

Best Agent
Excellent Agent who exceeds all expectations We were attracted to John based on his enviable and spectacular track record that he has in the area. What impressed us most was his honest and constant communication that he had in the whole process, he went above and beyond in helping us present the property and conducting many open homes and private inspections to achieve the highest market value in the present market conditions, he is a down to earth person with a very pragmatic view and very open and friendly outlook. He is extremely professional and to the point, he managed to keep things comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process which dramatically lowered the stress involved with selling a house. I know we will be going back to John if we ever choose to get back into the property market. Excellent outcome & exceptional team!
Selling house is a very stressful process which starts weeks before, if not months. My wife & I met with quite a few agents to find the best agency suitable to our needs. It indeed was tough decision as we had couple of agencies shortlisted, but it stood clear after couple of interactions that Ruma & her team were suiting best for us.
