John has been fantastic throughout the entire process. We had a fairly complex negotiation process but John was helpful in every step of the process and went above and beyond to help us make this purchase. His honesty stood out the most for us as he was very upfront and we could tell that he was genuinely working in the best interest of both the parties. He has a great sense of humour and his knowledge and insights were invaluable. He was very patient throughout the process and super responsive which was great given it was a complex process. He has continued to keep in touch after the deposit was placed although his work was done which just goes to show the great character he has. He spent more time conducting Open Homes than I had expected, which was great and allowed for potential buyers to spend time and absorb the features of our home.
