He then took the house to market, starting with an open house by invitation and listing the following morning. 12 hours later the house was sold. I was introduced to Scott by Joe Gander. As it turned out Scott was a friend to one of my son's, Harry. Scott was very professional, always punctual and extremely positive. Selling this house was not without its ups and downs! The house sold above price after only being on the market for 10 days, but then this sale fell through due to the purchasers finance. This was a big disappointment to both Scott and I, but Scott stayed positive and enthusiastic. He was a pleasure to deal with. It would be remiss of me to give all the sale credit to Scotty without mentioning the lovely Alex. She was beautiful and so gratuitous with all the clients.
