I was introduced to Scott by Joe Gander. As it turned out Scott was a friend to one of my son's, Harry. Scott was very professional, always punctual and extremely positive. Selling this house was not without its ups and downs! The house sold above price after only being on the market for 10 days, but then this sale fell through due to the purchasers finance. This was a big disappointment to both Scott and I, but Scott stayed positive and enthusiastic. He was a pleasure to deal with. It would be remiss of me to give all the sale credit to Scotty without mentioning the lovely Alex. She was beautiful and so gratuitous with all the clients. Josh is the best agent in Orange. In some instances selling is just connecting a buyer and a seller and the job is easy. Sometimes its not. With our sale, it required emotional intelligence, negotiating skills, constant follow up of an extraordinary amount of details including building reports, council inspections etc. We also had earlier negotiations which included trading of assets and even though they never eventuated, they required great skill, dedication, follow up, commercial intelligence and skill. Josh is extremely capable and also very personable. His money was well earned. Well done, and he comes with my highest recommendation.
