Josh is the best agent in Orange. In some instances selling is just connecting a buyer and a seller and the job is easy. Sometimes its not. With our sale, it required emotional intelligence, negotiating skills, constant follow up of an extraordinary amount of details including building reports, council inspections etc. We also had earlier negotiations which included trading of assets and even though they never eventuated, they required great skill, dedication, follow up, commercial intelligence and skill. Josh is extremely capable and also very personable. His money was well earned. Well done, and he comes with my highest recommendation.
