My wife and I purchased our new home through them in September and after being totally impressed with the team, gave their our home to sell. We purchased a home via Zac and it was such a smooth and simple experience. His communication with us was superb, answering any questions we had promptly, including calls of an evening (no expectations of this, he just did it). We have 2 small children and felt accommodated during inspections and afterwards. The purchase process was efficient and best of all we had clarity around what the owners were wanting. Whilst agents typically have to work for the seller, we felt he was very fair to us both giving an accurate value of the home in the current, challenging, sellers' market, which we appreciated above all. Zac's honesty and professionalism throughout the process, while on holiday himself, was just fantastic. He navigated the narrow road of managing both the buyer and seller with grace and truth.
