After reaching out to Adriana Cameron to discuss the sale of our home, she brought Alex Jordon on board with her. At the first viewing of the property, Alex advised he had the perfect buyer for the property as it fit the brief of a family he already had on his books. As the family was interstate and unable to physically see the property due to the border closures, they did a video call to view the property. The family were interested in the property and sent some friends to view it on their behalf. Within two weeks of the initial meeting a contract was signed for a price that I’m not sure another agent would have been able to achieve. It was all very fast and as seamless as selling a house could be. We were very impressed with the outcome.

When we finally decided to sell our Chelmer home, Adriana was the only agent we would consider having dealt with her as buyers and watching how she operated over the years. We walked away from our initial meeting with Adriana and Alex from McGrath and knew we were dealing with agents who had integrity, offered the highest level of professionalism and were more interested in the value of setting realistic expectations over getting the listing. Once we decided to move forward with the listing, it ran like clockwork. Working like well oiled machines, Adriana and Alex had our home staged and marketed within a couple of days and ready for opens. Communication was always open and honest. Numbers reflecting interest were never inflated and all the white noise was cut out. Adriana and Alex were able to have a solid offer from a qualified buyer within a couple of weeks which we were happy with. I think we have the opportunity to shop around for many things, but as a prospective seller, an agent to sell your home shouldn’t be one of them. The disparity in skill, ability and professionalism is too great and a lot of time and energy can be saved by going straight to the team at McGrath who are the best in the business.
