When preparing our property for sale, not only did Alex provide great advice re marketing and pricing strategies, he also personally assisted us to book in tradespeople for minor fix-ups/repairs around the house. We first met Jordan Williams (from McGrath Estate Agents, based in Paddington, Brisbane) at an open house in our neighbourhood and asked about getting a house appraisal and making plans for selling our house later in the year. Jordan, from the outset, showed a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm in his dealings with us. He was very helpful in giving us contacts for a number of tradespeople and valuable advice on the sale process in general. Jordan kept in regular contact with us over the year to offer any additional help and assisted us on several occasions to try and find a suitable house to purchase.
