We recently bought and sold a property through McGrath Real Estate and were fortunate enough to find ourselves working closely with Nathan Jankovic. By the end of the process, Nathan had become far more than just a real estate agent to us – he was someone that we got to know and like. Nathan is not only a consummate professional in his work – respectful, hardworking, honest and knowledgeable – he is also a thoroughly nice person and takes a genuine interest in people as people, and not just as clients. Nathan understands that buying and selling a house is not just a transaction. It’s a significant emotional, financial and labour-intensive life event that every buyer and seller encounters in their own way, for their own reasons and at their own pace. Over a single weekend he worked late into the evening to bring the sale to fruition and he kept us regularly updated, even if it was just to say that there was no news yet. When the sale went unconditional, it was Nathan who was there to congratulate us and proudly place a sold sign outside the house. We have told ourselves that we will not be leaving our new home for a very long time. But if we ever decide we are ready for another move, Nathan will be the first person we call.

As Holtrack Properties we are a small scale developer operating in the mid-to-high end residential market. We engaged Alex for the marketing of a high-end residence in Indooroopilly based on both his knowledge of the particular area and his demonstrated track record of successful sales at premium prices. The marketing campaign for our property commenced precisely as the Covid19 pandemic lock-down came into force thereby restricting the ability for open home inspections. In spite of this Alex persisted with the marketing of the property under such difficult circumstances as, for example, the surgical profession having to cease operating and all of the other financial uncertainty around the impact of the virus. Alex eventually sold the property for a price which we were happy to accept, albeit impacted, we believe by the virus. We would happily use Alex to market similar properties in the future

I chose Alex Jordan for 3 reasons: 1. He is the highest selling agent in the western suburbs in high end properties 2. I noticed that he often took over properties that other agents had not been able to sell and successfully sold them very quickly 3. He works with his clients as a team and treats each property individually The significance of the decision to work with Alex turned out to be far more important than either of us imagined, as COVID seemed intent on wreaking havoc with finances. Alex Jordan sold my house 3 times as buyers had different business issues related to COVID, before finding the perfect buyers - a young family - who will do just what we did and live across the river properties with all the other local kids, in a playground that is such a privilege to grow up in. Like so many of Alex’s clients, I can honestly say that I have never seen anything quite like him. Alex Jordan an absolute first among equals. He is collaborative, professional, calm, and his meticulous service is extraordinary. Despite the challenges we had with sales, he never once complained or got frustrated. He simply backed up and started again. Every single part of his selling process has been thought through. From the outset, he understands how much difference good images make. He understands and personally works social media for every client. He is judicious about how he asks you to invest in marketing to support the property sale and doesn’t try and sell you marketing that isn’t valuable. In summary, I could write a book about Alex Jordan’s sales skills and I am sure I’d sell millions.
