We’ve been house hunting for the past couple of years and have seen multiple houses including the various places Juana had offered and that was how we met Juana about 2.5 years ago! Kids always remembered Juana as the “Lady in Red” who will let them draw while the parents are busy viewing the various open houses. Juana is very friendly and has a beautiful personality that makes us comfortable and at ease every time we see her. Juana has always been helpful and considerate when it came out family needs and was not pushy to get us to buy the property that didn’t not suited us. When we saw the property on Burton Street, it was the first time both Harizan and myself loved the place and knew this would be it but we were afraid to go for the auction, hence we tried with putting a few offers prior to the auction date itself. We had multiple visits to the property and Juana was so accommodating with our demands and last minute viewing appointments. She helped and guided us through the bidding process (as it was our first home) and it turned out to be smooth and uneventful and we got the property within our budget. Thank you Juana and team for making our first home buying experience memorable and finding us a perfect place for us to build more memories with our growing kids.
