Right from the start we could see Juana had deep knowledge of properties and people from within our sales area, something she put to good use in the relatively brief and intense work up towards our very successful auction. She was extremely thorough with the whole process, keeping me informed all the way. Her follow up of every possible opportunity was impressive, and this ultimately created the best possible sale. While being at first a bit shocked at the intensity of the selling process, we learnt to understand that maximising every avenue right from the get go (such as presentation, advertising in multiple formats, pre purchase building and pest inspections) was a wise move. In the 3 weeks that our property was on the market before being sold at auction on site, Juana took every opportunity, really worked hard and communicated very well. We have recently had the wonderful experience of selling an apartment in Toowong through Juana Bernardo. I can’t speak highly enough of Juana.
