I write on the behalf of my Grandmother, who just sold her house with Billy. We were originally scared about the sales process, since I live in Brisbane and it would be difficult for her to arrange everything required for the sale. Billy was not only very confident and calming in his approach towards a nervous seller, but he also made himself available when needed. He provided useful advice and recommended trades people to help us prepare for the sale. He even used his great height to put in light bulbs and drove my grandmother to the bank to collect the deeds when I could not make it to help her. Most importantly, he got the price we were after, and shielded my grandmother from the behind the scenes negotiations that worried her.
