I write on the behalf of my Grandmother, who just sold her house with Billy. We were originally scared about the sales process, since I live in Brisbane and it would be difficult for her to arrange everything required for the sale. Billy was not only very confident and calming in his approach towards a nervous seller, but he also made himself available when needed. He provided useful advice and recommended trades people to help us prepare for the sale. He even used his great height to put in light bulbs and drove my grandmother to the bank to collect the deeds when I could not make it to help her. Most importantly, he got the price we were after, and shielded my grandmother from the behind the scenes negotiations that worried her. His communications were excellent, as he managed to keep my grandmother, myself, and my brother all in the loop simultaneously. We wish Billy all the luck in his future endeavors.

Ian Mills has recently sold my property in Tallai, Qld,and we would thoroughly recommend him to other vendors. He was most professional, courteous, and conscientious at all times. There was great attention to detail, and what was particularly good was the manner in which he kept us informed at all times. The sale was rather drawn out, as a result of the buyer needing extra time, and Ian did exceptionally well in holding the deal together through sheer perseverance. Having dealt with many other agents in the past, I have seldom come across any with such perseverance, a really good characteristic to find in an estate agent. We hold no reservation whatsoever in recommending him.
