Having known James for a number of years it was a clear and easy decision to use him as the Agent for my house. His knowledge of the industry and personable, relaxed approach to selling our home was everything for us. We never doubted that the house would sell at Auction with his expertise at the Helm. One thing that I will always remember is approximately 2 years ago, I asked James for an Appraisal on our house after we had just completed some major Landscaping and Pool restorations. In our eyes our house had never looked so good. However James pulled us a aside and basically said "wait for at least a year or more until you sell". He made mention of some key points to what we should do around the property to give it greater privacy and general street appeal. Hence, we took his advice, worked tirelessly around the gardens and building an undercover outdoor area in the process. Can't thank him enough for the advice and for his communication throughout the campaign!
