We found Adrian Venturi to be as supportive as he could possibly have been throughout our campaign. He was available at any time if we had any queries or needed information or advice. We would recommend him very highly to any prospective client

Adrian is an outstanding agent! The process of buying our first home was incredibly smooth and stress free. Adrian's honesty and knowledge is incrediable, as it can be rare to find in an agent. He made buying a "house" our home and we are incredibly greatful. We will be recommending Adrian to all on the Northen Beaches.

We have bought and sold through Adrian and on both occasions he was the ideal agent. He is knowledgeable, approachable, very communicative and goes above and beyond to get the perfect outcome. I trust him completely and would unequivocally recommend him to anyone looking to engage an agent in the Avalon/Bilgola area.

Hearing stories from friends, we were not looking forward to selling our house, so many horror stories! I can honestly say Adrian made the process almost simple, no complications and no hidden agendas. Adrian not only gives his best and exceeds expectation, he is totally passionate about your outcome, this comes before his (I am not joking). Adrian works long hours to ensure that your result is the best he can achieve, no ifs and buts, just the best.

Thank you Adrian and Jonathan for your tremendous effort with our project. It was a complex sale and many decisions had to be made. In the end we feel comfortable that you both made good decisions all the way, with dedication and professionalism. Best regards, Christof and Narelle Mayer

We cannot fault Adrian's services! Adrian has been professional, honest and very easy to communicate with, he has made us feel valued from our initial meeting at the inspection and takes time and care. No matter what time/day he is easy to contact and very prompt to reply. Adrian has alot of knowledge of the area and was very informative, no questions were left unanswered. We were pleasantly surprised at Adrians approach throughout the whole process. He kept us up to date and was upfront with everything whilst we were going through the process of securing our offer. We have been looking for many months and dealt with many Agents. Adrian has been the best Agent we have dealt with in this current market. Many thanks goes to Adrian!

Adrian Venturi worked very hard to ensure that we would get the best sales result possible for our properties. Adrian has successfully sold three properties for us now, achieving prices that other agents haven't been able to. We have also purchased property through Adrian. I find Adrian to be a very open, logical communicator who's always contactable and available to assist in any way to make the selling/buying process as stress free as possible. Thanks again adrian for your tireless effort in getting us the price we wanted for our most recent properties on auction day.

In the current environment where it is a Vendors market our experience was.... As Adrian our Agent 1) Adrian was genuine 2) Communicated well 3) Offered advice without reward 4) Told us the truth (Big thumbs UP) 5) Appreciated our concerns/needs Further to this we had been searching for 6 months & as you would expect we came across a lot of agents & the real truth is that Adrian broke the mold & offered a service that many could not. Adrian got us in the market & we would only use Adrian for future real estate deals & myself & my Wife wish him well.

Purchasing 42 Wandeen from McGrath was made easier by the assistance that Lauren gave us during the sale process - she worked tirelessly to help us view the house at times that suited us and also demonstrated exceptional communication skills - she very diligently assisted with the many questions we asked her during the sale. She is a great asset to McGrath and like James deserves continuing success

We like this location in Clareville a lot and were very interested in seeing number 42 Wandeen when it came on the market - when we saw that James was the agent we were heartened, as we had seen properties with him previously and found him to be very professional - we remembered the fact that he had gone out of his way earlier, to show us potential properties So for us it was great that James listed number 42 - as before we found him to be very professional and great to deal with and therefore wish him every success in the future
