This was the second property we have bought in Bilgola Plateau and we watch the market like a hawk with Adrian across every whisper in the suburb. When Adrian alerted us that our dream property was off-market, we acted fast but importantly Adrian made sure that the two ends of the negotiation got the outcome both wanted. We obviously wanted the property, but it was important to quickly get the vendor on the same page which is hard to do so early on in a campaign and with the unknowns of potentially getting more or less by waiting.
