I suppose it’s not often that the purchaser of a property has such a positive experience with the vendor’s agent, but from the very first inspection Adrian and his team were courteous, informative, professional and enthusiastic. As a first time buyer I was never made to feel intimidated by the process and Adrian talked me through every stage of the encounter. Adrian is a highly successful agent, so for him to take the time to call us after hours and relay sentiment and understanding around certain factors during the buying process (sometimes for over an hour) allowed us to offer and ultimately purchase the property with confidence. He was able to intercept any potential misunderstanding between buyer and vendor to ensure both parties felt great about the sale. We would suggest Adrian and his team be the first call for anyone looking to sell on the Northern Beaches.

Adrian is a really nice guy but knowledgeable and thorough, and never stops working to get me, the client the very best deal. Along the way, there will be problems. But Adrian treats them like stepping stones to the other side of a river. It you need a painter, a tiler, a carpenter or any other trades person, Adrian seems to have then all on speed dial. And he follows up and makes sure that everything is done right.

Sam is very patient and certainly not pushy. I have been talking to Sam about selling the house for over 2 years. Finally decided to go ahead even though we weren’t living in the house at the time. This meant Sam and the team had to organise everything from painting,cleaning to dressing the house. In addition Sam provided excellent Market information and insights. His regular contact made the process go seamlessly. We sold the property and very happy with the result. Lastly Sam is a good guy and a pleasure to deal with……not your typical realestate agent!
