Adrian was extremely professional, patiently honoured our wishes, made excellent suggestions, and sold our house at a price far above our expectation. Despite his suggestion to go to auction, we hesitated and thought to put the house on the market quietly. Though there was some interest generated and Adrain and Rowena did a wonderful job working with potential clients, a week later we decided to go with the auction plan. During the process we were trying to do a same day settlement which couldn't be achieved due to a delay with banks but James negotiated with the sellers so we could move our furniture in at least until we settled 1 week later. This was so greatly appreciated and helped us immensely through this nerve racking time. Its often difficult to find sincerity in this business yet the confidence we felt dealing with James and his team was 2nd to none.
