Despite his suggestion to go to auction, we hesitated and thought to put the house on the market quietly. During the process we were trying to do a same day settlement which couldn't be achieved due to a delay with banks but James negotiated with the sellers so we could move our furniture in at least until we settled 1 week later. This was so greatly appreciated and helped us immensely through this nerve racking time.
