We have known James for some years, prior to him becoming co Principal & Director of McGrath Avalon. When we decided to list our property, James was an obvious choice, with his team member Lyndall Barry. Our property was unique in many ways and James was honest and upfront in the outset regarding us finding a suitable buyer for our much loved home and the time frame that may be involved. We never mentioned our price, we just asked James for the figure he would be confident in achieving and would not detract from. At no stage during the sales process did James waiver from this figure and try to advise us to take a lower offer that we were not comfortable with.
