Our house presented a great opportunity to the right buyer but there were complications in the sale process due to the market stalling the week we launched and our property was not the square box within a picket fence - it needed a more individually minded buyer. Certainly not one of the "sharkish" brigade of agents becoming all too frequent! Market turned a little south on us from original expectations, but we got a decent sale in the end.
