I'd like to thank Adrian, Taylor & the team in selling the property. Adrian's guidance through the process; his experience and knowledge of the local market was the key to a successful outcome. The level of communication was consistent and certainly went the extra mile to assist both myself and the purchaser. You could say a win - win outcome for both parties which says a lot about Adrian's character. I would highly recommend Adrian's services for any property interests you may have. Regards - John & Vanessa Laman

James is great agent made even better as he is supported by an amazing team. Due to circumstance, I provided a tricky equation midway through the campaign. McGrath Avalon came through on time and in full. Thanks guys, double shakas!

Lauren was extremely helpful in all facets of our house sale, especially in assisting with the styling of our home. She has a great eye and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us informed at all times during the sale process. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Lauren was a pleasure to work with to the point of feeling so relaxed and reassured that no matter who she showed through our house we knew they would leave feeling excited and engaged with our campaign. Her passion for life really transcribes fluently into her work and from day 1 it became clear that this zest for real estate effortlessly complimented the homely vibe that we were trying to portray in our campaign. One story that I am sure Lauren will share more details with you in person is when during an open home we had a visit from a nosey/jelous neighbour ... let’s just say that this neighbour didn’t impact or affect our campaign one bit !! Haha Aside from her amazing personality and flare for what she does, her overall knowledge and background in interior design was so helpful to us in that we knew she really understands the efforts we put in to presentation and the details. Love Lauren and how she helped us throughout the campaign! Not just an Agent but a true friend!

James came recommended to us from a friend who had dealt with James as a buyer. I had mentioned that we were new to the process of selling a house, and that I really wanted an agent who was honest and transparent, and we were not disappointed. James was extremely supportive in terms of explaining the process from start to finish. He was always on hand if we had any questions and he made the time to visit us multiple times in person [at our house which is great when you have 2 young children!!], which showed his commitment to our campaign. To someone who has not sold a house before, it was daunting, but James was reassuring throughout and his advice helped us make the right decision which resulted in the sale of our house. We will always be very thankful to James for supporting us and could not recommend him highly enough.

Lauren has been such a great support through this whole process. This was our first time selling a house, and from start to finish Lauren has been on hand to ensure it was a success. From her advice on styling through to a thorough briefing after each viewing, Lauren kept us up to date on the entire process. She provided realistic assessments on potential buyers interest levels, showing she really understood their needs, but also bought into the highlights of our house which she sold with great enthusiasm. Even post sale, Lauren has been helpful in assisting us - we are moving out of the area and were struggling to find a rental. She has tracked down a local real estate contact for us - to me that speaks volumes about what a genuinely nice person she is and the extra mile she will go to to support you. I would not hesitate in recommending Lauren to manage your sale!
