I had the pleasure of first meeting Keith Olsen from McGraths Port Macquarie whilst I was searching for a new home for my elderly mother who was to move from Sydney back in April 2015, then for my sister also moving from Sydney some 6months later. On first meeting Keith at one of his wonderful listed properties, we all found him to be full of confidence, friendly and full of enthusiasm. After some negotiations via Keith and the owner of the listed property my mum was now the owner of a new home in Port Macquarie. The whole process went without a hitch and the end result was a smooth quick one which we all appreciated. Then Keith went out on the hunt for a new home for my sister and low and behold Keith found a property a few days into our search after some clever marketing on his behalf as the property was not listed as yet. Once again after some negotiations via Keith and the owners of the just listed property my sister now also was the owner of a new home in Port Macquarie and again it all went without a hitch. Fast track two years later to May 2017 and my mum decides to downgrade her home and my sister pipes up at the same time and advised that she also wants to upgrade her home! We did not think twice about who we would use for the sale of both properties. We once again had no hesitation in using Keith as the agent for both sales of my mothers and sisters’ properties in Port Macquarie last month. We are so grateful for the honesty and integrity shown by Keith throughout both campaigns. Keith was very diligent in making sure every potential buyer was contacted and followed up, his analytical skills were sharp and he understands buyer behaviours. His attention to detail and strategic selling skills helped sell both properties. We believe Keith’s attention to detail and his professionalism were key to the success we achieved. Steve Newman is a very good agent; excellent communicator, good negotiator, always reliable and approachable.
