Paul behaved very professionally over a relatively drawn-out and conditional sales process ,ultimately facilitating a sale and subsequent rental back by the vendor which I think respected and satisfied both parties. Calls and E-mails were always returned or forwarded promptly and questions I always thought answered honestly and without adornment. My wife and I both certainly felt we could trust any communication received from or through Paul.
