Paul sold our investment property in Oaklands Park last year. Due to financial reasons we decided to keep the house tenanted throughout the sale. While the house was not ideally presented by the tenant, Paul was still able to show a number of interested parties through our home and found us a buyer at a price we felt was fair and reasonable. Paul was honest, transparent and communicated well throughout the whole process which was great as we live interstate and couldn’t meet face-to-face. We would definitely recommend Paul to others. I can’t fault the service.

We had a very good experience with Paul McGrath. He made is easy by telling us what had to be done and when and Paul would always ring and ask if we needed help with anything. Paul had professional contractor to clean, clear and clean up the property for us. It really made it easy as we are not young. The property sold in 4 weeks with 3 open inspections. Great result!! The experience of selling a house is overwhelming to most of us but Paul kept us informed all the way through and I would definitely recommend him and his team to any of my friends.
