Marketing of my mother's deceased estate in Glenelg East.
Paul McGrath was extremely professional and helpful with marketing and processing this deceased estate. He facilitated what was potentially, at times, a difficult process in coming to a final agreement with all parties involved. Paul's communication skills and market knowledge guided us through a successful and expected outcome. His skill in handling a sometimes difficult process is to be highly recommended. I have over 20 years experience in residential housing development and this was my first dealing with Paul. Due to this experience I have no hesitation in recommending Paul for the marketing of a residential property.

This guy is a Pro...
A professional person knows and does things that amateurs do not. Apart from the expected product and market knowledge, and in realty, a sense for people and what they want to achieve with their property sale. It's not just about the price. Professionals deliver a bit of 'tough love' when required. In my case, I had just spent a bundle of money on kitchens and bathrooms, but Paul encouraged me to go the extra mile with some external fix ups prior to sale. He organised all the extra contracting at a very good rate, his staging supplier was superb, and needless to say, I got an above asking offer on the first viewing. An incredible result in the current market. Paul is a guy who puts himself in the buyers shoes... and that is damn helpful when you need to sell. Rational information, when required... Because buying and selling is generally an emotional one, so balance is key. Like a Pro!

Property sale
Paul's main attribute which we found as priceless was his honesty, it's nice to be told what you don't want to hear sometimes rather than what you think you know. I am not a real estate agent Paul is which is why it was comforting to have that level of relationship in such a short space. Paul was very professional and utilized his experience and local knowledge of our area to get the best people through and the best price possible.

TROUBLE FREE PROCESS GREAT RESULT
The sale of our house through Paul McGrath was a very smooth process. He had excellent market knowledge to establish the right price range to market the property. GLEN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS IN THE PREPARATION OF MY UNIT FOR SALE HE KEPT IN TOUCH RE WORK TO BE DONE TO PRESENT THE UNIT FOR SALE AND MY AGREEMENT TO THE WORK. THE UNIT WAS ON THE MARKET FOR LESS THAN ONE WEEK WHEN A SALE WAS FINALISED. Highly recommended Agent!
I recently purchased a property through Paul and was delightfully surprised with process. Paul is very good at what he does and is very fair. Having had some experience with agents (particularly those representing the other side) I have found them to often be pushy and unfair. This was not at all the case and I found Paul was quite fair and did not withhold any information from me. He contacted me throughout the process and was always just a phone call away if I needed anything. I will be requiring an agent in the not so distant future and will definitely be giving Paul a call as I feel like he will do what's in my best interest and will be upfront. Many agents have so many hidden fees and agendas and I fell his upfront nature is not only appealing to the customer but also complaints his success!

Engaging and enthusiastic!
Paul is very experienced, this gave me a lot of comfort around the advice he offered. In particular, his recommendations as to what type of campaign we should run, what price we could achieve and the type of buyer that would be seeking our property out. Paul was spot on with his with advice and sold the property in 2 weeks in the upper end of our price range!
