I had trouble with the house and many options were open - from sale to repair. Without pressure I was guided through to a solution that met my needs (age and financial goals). The house was sold before auction for a price well above expected. From beginning to end the process was as pain free as possible. I was "kept in the loop" and treated with respect. Throughout the process I cannot remember any negatives - a far cry from most of life's issues.

I think that helped create the huge interest in the house resulting in a very quick sale. He made the whole process pretty much stress free. I would definitely recommend him without hesitation.

I may be biased in my opinion of Paul as I knew his family and during this time watched Paul mature. I had dealings with his father and expected the same level of professionalism from Paul. I was not disapointed. I set him a very difficult unrealistic sales target which he begrudgingly accepted. We would discuss the negative buyer comments and he begrudgingly continued to market my property. I gave him very little advertising money to work with. In the end he produced a sale. As a seller no price is good enough. Next time I will raise it another 20% and i bet that begruding Paul will produce. I have read the terms and conditions after writing the review and it is obvious that I know Paul through his family. It appears that this reviewing agency has not allowed for this and may discard my review. So be it. I am happy to give the reviewing agency a negative review for their small mindedness.
