I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have had a mixture of experiences with Real Estate Agents, mostly from bad to worse. Glenn however was upfront, honest and most of all trustworthy. His strong personal principles thankfully spill over into his dealings as an Agent, which made being an interstate landlord selling a property a more reliable experience than I have had previously. I have had Paul Mc Grath Real Estate sell 2 properties now and have had great success with both, first one by auction. The second home which Paul just sold to a buyer who came to the first open could not have happened with out Paul's support and help in getting the property ready for sale as I was overseas at the time.
