McGrath Real Estate Group. Great Company, Great Service
With a grown up family my wife and I decided to downsize our family home. As we had lived in the home for close on 50 years it was a major decision that was accompanied by some uncertainty. Sherry walked into the offices of McGath Real Estate and was immediately impressed by the welcoming reception she received from the office staff and her initial contact with Paul McGrath. She made an appointment so that both she and I could fully outline our ideas. When I attended the meeting I was somewhat sceptical of the process we were involving ourselves in. As is my nature I looked at the meeting area and took notice of notes on a whiteboard that were the remnants of a previous staff meeting that outlined discussion points that included staff professionalism, working as a team and the well being of the client. On meeting Paul, I was impressed with his professionalism, his personal presentation and his manner when interacting with both of us. He provided relevant information and outlined costs and a time line that we would need to follow. We felt completely at ease and over the next few weeks were provided with continual feedback by both Paul and Amanda by phone, email and personal visits. Paul turned the angst we were feeling about selling our family home to make it an adventure that we both found exciting. The result was that we we able sell our property which was sub-divided for an amount we were very happy with and will allow us to plan retirement within our budget. We highly recommend McGrath Real Estate to anyone thinking of buying or selling their home.

Great result Excellent communication
The whole process of negotiation and purchasing the property was amazingly easy. Unable to really rate Paul's market knowledge, as this was not tested - he seems extremely knowledgable in general.

Ever the professional
Selling a property while overseas is very daunting, but Paul McGrath made everything go through so very smoothly. His excellent communication (and that of his valuable staff when he was not available) qualmed any nervousness we may have had with the whole process. At all times we knew what the situation was, and what our requirements were. He was able to successfully negotiate a sale price that satisfied us and the purchaser, and handled situations with existing tennants in the property on our behalf. We thoroughly recommend Paul and his staff. We will be selling again in July and will definitely be using Paul again.

Paul McGrath was a most helpful agent.He answered all my questions and for the few he couldn't, he made enquiries and got back to us with the query settled. He is friendly and listened to our requirements which resulted in us deciding on the house we subsequently purchased. We found him a very efficient agent and gave good advice on shifting
